This BMW F80 M3 comes from Evolve Automotive, a UK based tuning company. Featuring Verde Mantis – a Lamborghini color finish – the vehicle showcases how well extravagant finishes work on the M3. On the other hand, Verde Mantis on a BMW M3 is clearly a hate it or love it finish choice. While it brings the beefed up and aggressive lines of the M3 in full view, the sheer extravagance of it might be too much for some. On the other hand, the BMW M3 is a vehicle that seldom enjoys silence, covertness and not being the matter of affection.
The BMW F80 M3 is powered by an efficient 3.0 Liter BMW TwinPower Turbo engine delivering 425 horsepower and 486lb-ft of torque. The BMW M3 of this generation will do the 0-62mph (0-100km/h) in just 4.1 seconds when equipped with the optional DCT (Dual Clutch Transmission). For example, the Ferrari 360 will do the same run in 4.5 seconds – and this is a supercar that was mainstay just 10 years before this generation of the M3 hit the market.
The photoshoot below gives us a great look at a Verde Mantis BMW M3. We’re sure further modifications are on the way by Evolve, on which we’ll keep you updated later on. Check out the complete photoshoot right below.
